Coronation at The White Lion

On the momentous occasion of King Charles the Third's Coronation day, The Baker Street Belles had the distinct pleasure of bringing their music to The White Lion Hotel in Weston Crewe. Despite the less-than-perfect weather, our spirits remained undampened as we spread cheer and celebration within the cozy confines of the Cheshire pub.

With the festivities moved indoors due to the inclement weather, our performance space was transformed into a jubilant haven, with our microphones festooned with Union Jacks. These patriotic decorations added a special touch to the atmosphere, enhancing the celebratory mood of the day.

As we took to the stage, our voices filled the air, blending harmoniously with the clinking of glasses and the warm chatter of the patrons. The familiar melodies weaved their way through the room, transporting the audience to a place of joy and camaraderie.

The intimate setting of The White Lion Hotel provided the perfect backdrop for our performance, allowing us to connect with the audience on a personal level. The music brought smiles to faces and lightness to hearts, uniting everyone in a shared experience of merriment and revelry.

The coronation day of King Charles the Third will always hold a special place in our hearts, not just for the historic significance, but for the joyous celebration we were privileged to be a part of at The White Lion Hotel in Weston Crewe.
